摘  要:研究了金属氧化物/多元醇(MgO/PER)分别与四硫化双五次甲基秋兰姆(TRA或DPTT)、硫磺(S)、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)构成的3种复合硫化体系,对氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶硫化特性、物理机械性能、交联密度及高温压缩永久变形性能的影响,同时采用红外光谱分析由交联产生的键型变化。结果表明:含TRA的胶料综合性能好,但产生致癌物质亚硝胺,不环保;硫磺硫化的胶料综合性能好,且硫化速度最快;过氧化物硫化的胶料,交联密度最大。傅里叶转换红外光谱分析结果表明:3种复合硫化体系除均含有离子交联键外,含DCP的胶料以碳碳单键为主,另外两种硫化体系中以含硫交联键为主。The effects of 3 non-toxic environmental friendly composite curing systems including MgO/PER/TRA(or DPTT), MgO/PER/S, MgO/PER/DCP on the curing characteristics, physical-mechanical properties, crosslink densities and compression set of CSM vulcanizate were investigated, and crosslink types were analysised by infrared spectra. The results show that the composites cured by MgO/PER/TRA would produced carcinogenic nitrosamines; the CSM vulcanizate cured with MgO/PER/S possessed the best mechanical properties, besides, its curing speed was the fastest; vulcanizate made with MgO/PER/DCP curing system possessed highest crosslink density. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy results show that in addition to ionic crosslink included in the three composite curing systems, vulcanization system containing DCP with carbon carbon single bond primarily, while two other vulcanization systems mainly contain sulfur crosslinks.
