摘  要:在丝电爆制备纳米粉过程中,爆炸产物的相态对粉体粒径有重要影响,在气体放电式丝电爆装置上,通过改变工艺参数(初始电压和电极间距)进行了系列试验,研究了工艺参数对爆炸产物相态组成的影响。结果表明:电极间距一定时,只有在一定初始电压下液相比例才能达到最小,初始电压较低或过高时液相比例都会增加,增大电极间距,使液相比例最小值降低,对应的初始电压值增大。During preparing nanopowders production by wire electrical explosion, the powder size was directly influenced by phase states of explosion products. For study the effects of process parameters on phase states of the explosion products, a series of experiments were conducted with variations of initial charging voltages and electrode gaps in a segmented wire explosion setup. The results show that, when the electrode gaps was constant, the liquid proportion in explosion products could decrease to the minimum only at some certain charging voltage, while it would increase at the other charging voltages. Increasing electrode gap decreased the mininum of liquid proportion, and made correspondent initial charging voltage increase.
