摘 要:对6063铝合金分别进行了单级时效(180℃×6h)和双级时效(170℃×2h+200℃×1.5h)处理,研究了不同时效工艺对其组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:与单级时效相比,合金经双级时效处理后的硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率等性能均更好;单级时效处理后晶内析出相为亚稳β″相,晶界析出平衡相明显球化,且有明显的无沉淀析出带(PFZ);双级时效处理后,晶内β″相尺寸较单级时效的小,晶界析出相呈断续状分布,PFZ较窄。Abstract: Single step ageing (180℃× 6 h) and double step ageing (170 ℃ × 2 h+200 ℃ ×1.5 h) for 6063 aluminum alloy were carried out, and effects of different ageing processes on mierostructure and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that hardness, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of double step aged alloy were better than that of single step aged alloy. There were metastable β" phases in transgranular and spheroidized precipitated phases at crystal boundaries, whatts more, an obvious precipitate-free-zone (PFZ) existed around grains boundary. After double step ageing, the β"phase in transgranular was smaller, and precipitated phases at grain boundaries distributed discontinuouslies and PFZ was narrow.
