摘  要:采用真空吸铸法制备了不同铬含量的铜铬合金铸锭,研究了铬的真实固溶含量对其晶格常数与显微硬度的影响。结果表明:铜铬合金铬固溶含量低于其固溶度时,晶格常数与铬固溶含量、显微硬度与铬固溶含量、晶格常数和显微硬度间均呈良好线性关系;铬固溶含量超过其固溶度后,合金的晶格常数、显微硬度随铬含量变化不大。Cu-Cr alloys with different contents were fabricated by vacuum suction casting method. The effects of true contents of Cr in solid solution on lattice parameter and Vickers hardness Of Cu-Cr alloys were studied. Results show that the relationships between the lattice parameter and the content of Cr in solid solution, between the microhardness and the Cr content and between the lattice parameter and the microhardness were all linear, when the Cr content in solid solution was lower than its solid solubility. When the Cr content in solid solution was higher than its solid solubility, the lattice parameter and microhardness of the alloy did not varied obviously with the increase of Cr content.
