Effect of Deformation Conditions of Pb-Mg-Al Alloy during Hot Compression on Flow Stress and Its Constitutive Equation

摘  要:根据热压缩模拟试验获得的数据,用一元线性回归和多元线性回归的方法,研究了铅镁铝合金的流变应力与温度、应变速率和应变之间的关系,并根据试验数据确定了铅镁铝合金的本构方程。结果表明:铅镁铝合金在高温热变形时的流变应力与应变速率及变形温度之间满足双曲正弦函数关系;其热压缩变形时流变应力本构方程可以高精度地预测高温变形时的稳态流变应力,其高温热变形受热激活能的控制。According tO hot compression simulation data, relationships between flow stress and temperature, strain rate and strain of a Pb-Mg-A1 alloy were studied through single and multiple regression, and based on experimental data, a constitutive equation of the Pb-Mg-A1 alloy was created. The results show that the relationship between flow stress, strain rate and deformation temperature satisfied hyperbolic sine equation during hot compressive deformation for the Pb-Mg-A1 alloy; at the same time, the flow stress constitutive equation could accurately predict the steady-state flow stress during high temperature deformation, and high temperature hot deformation of the Pb-Mg-A1 alloy was controlled by activation energy.
