摘 要:提出通过用离心加压使锌合金通过高密度、大厚度泡沫陶瓷组合体从而强化过滤效果的新方法。试验结果表明,用这种方法过滤锌合金熔体,抗拉强度比未过滤的提高12.26%,伸长率提高30.37%;净化效果明显优于熔剂精炼。金相观察与扫描电镜微区分析表明,这种强化过滤对合金中15μm以上夹杂物颗粒有显著滤除效果,合金的断裂形态也由典型脆性解理断裂转变为出现大面积韧窝区而趋于准解理断裂形态。A new technique was put forward to strengthening infiltrating effects through centrifugal forcing Zn alloy melt flow through ceramic foam assembly with high density and large thickness. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of the zinc alloy whose melt is infiltrated by the method proposed are improved by 12.26% and by 30.37%, respectively, compared with those of the alloy without infiltration treatment, and the method is obviously superior to the flux refinery in refining effects. The structure of the alloy infiltrated was investigated by SEM (scanning electron microscope) and OM (optical microscope). The results indicate that the inclusion with more than 15 um in size can be effectively removed from the alloy by strengthening characterized by quasi-cleavage mode with large infiltration, and the fracture mechanism of the alloy is region dimple from tyoical brittle cleavage mode.
