摘  要:结合正交试验设计与铸造模拟分析软件华铸CAE,对大齿轮铸钢件在不同工艺条件下的成形过程进行模拟分析,运用模糊数学中的综合评分法,对铸件成形后的缩孔体积、数量、工艺出品率3个目标值分别进行评判和综合评判,确定圆柱形明冒口形状、高度、腰圆形明冒口参数、圆柱冒口数量对目标值的影响程度。通过综合加权评分法,得到最优方案组合,并对该工艺方案进行了模拟验证。Through orthogonal experiment integrated with the Huazhu CAE, the filling process of large steel gear parts was simulated under different processing conditions. With the help of comprehensive mark in fuzzy mathematics, three goals, such as the shrinkage rate, the number of shrinkage and the product yield of large steel gear parts, were evaluated individually and comprehensively, respectively, to determine the influencing importance and trends on goals including the standard cylindrical shape of the riser, height of standard cylindrical riser, parameters of standard waisted circular riser, the shape of standard waisted circular riser, the number of cylindrical riser. Through the weighted scoring method, the optimized design was presented, and simulated results were verified.
