摘  要:应用扫描电镜、金相显微镜等对ZL102合金抛光机扣环的断裂进行了断口观察和显微组织分析。结果表明,扣环试样显微组织是由α-Al相、粗大针状的共晶Si相、块状的初生Si相以及少量的骨架状T1(Al7Fe2Si2)和细针状T2(Al5FeSi)富Fe相组成。合金断口表面有许多位向不同的解理刻面,其中的裂纹以穿晶方式解理断裂且存在舌状花样、解理台阶等脆性断裂特征。过多的脆性富Fe相、铸造疏松、夹杂物等削弱了扣环的晶界结合力,导致合金脆性断裂。Fracture morphology and microstructure ot 25LlOZ allOy polishing machine oucr^te wa~ ~,t,~c, ,,.u and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and metallurgical microscope. The results show that microstructure of the ring sample is composed of a-A1 phase, coarse acicular eutectic Si phase and blocky primary Si phase as well as a small amount of skeleton-like shape the T1 (A17FezSi2) and the fine needle- Tz (A15FeSi) iron-rich phase. Different cleavage facets with different orientation can be observed in alloy fracture surface, and the crack occurs as a result of transgranular cleavage fracture, which is characterized by ray florets and cleavage steps. The excessive brittle iron-rich phase, casting porosity and inclusions can weaken the binding force of the grain boundary, leading to brittle fracture of alloy.
