公共空间视角下的社区规划实施评价——基于上海曹杨新村的实证研究

摘　　要：从城市规划实施评价的相关理论出发,基于曹杨新村的实证调查,以公共空间为视角,对社区规划实施评价进行了探索。以规划蓝图与现实之间的差异性和一致性为分析的切入点,发现从差异性方面来讲,曹杨新村在长期的规划实施中没能注重对公共空间的营建,影响了社区公共生活的总体质量;而从一致性方面来看,新村的规划实施对社区当前的公共生活产生了一定的积极影响。Based on theories of plan evaluation, this article examines community plan implementation in Caoyang New Estate in the perspective of public space. By using data from public space survey, the paper studies the difference and conformity between the plan blueprint and the reality of Caoyang Estate as a way to evaluate the effectiveness of community planning and development. This paper points out that in terms of difference, the implementation of Caoyang New Estate planning has ignored the quality of public space; but in terms of conformity, the plan implementation has given some positive impacts on the public life in the community.
