摘  要:以钛酸丁酯为原料,采用改进溶胶-凝胶法,通过浸渍-提拉工艺在低温条件下制备了锐钛矿纳米TiO2薄膜。利用X射线衍射、紫外-可见光吸收光谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱对所制备的TiO2薄膜的晶型结构和光谱特性进行了分析,并利用紫外光照降解亚甲基蓝溶液来评价所制备薄膜的光催化活性。结果表明:经过陈化和水浴处理后,钛酸丁酯完全水解,所得TiO2薄膜为锐钛矿结构,对紫外光表现出较强的吸收特性。低温水浴处理有利于提高薄膜的光催化活性。The nano-crystallite anatase phase TiOz thin films were prepared using improved sol-gel method with tet- rabutyl titanate as precursor at low temperature and obtained by dip-coating technology. Their crystal structure and spectral properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction, ultraviolet-visible spectra and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. And the photocatalytic activity of thin films was tested on the degradation of methylene blue solution under UV irradiation. The results showed that butyl titanate was completely hydrolyzed and the thin films with anatase structure showed a strong absorption property to the UV light. And that water bathing at low temperature helped improving the photocatalytic activi- ty of thin films.
