摘 要:目的:探讨强化护理管理对腹膜透析患者血压的影响。方法:选择腹膜透析治疗超过3个月的患者67例。对患者加强护理管理,随访并指导半年,比较干预前后患者的血压情况。结果:经过强化护理管理后,患者的收缩压[(130.28±12.05)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.1333 kPa)与(156.68±12.03)mm Hg)]及舒张压[(80.81±8.03)mm Hg与(87.40±11.82)mm Hg)]均分别低于护理干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过强化护理管理,对腹膜透析患者进行科学的饮食指导,改善了患者容量超负荷状态,降低了血压水平。Objective To investigate the effect of strengthening nursing management on blood pressure of patients with peritoneal dialysis. Methods Peritoneal dialysis for more than 3 months in 67 cases. For patients to strengthen nursing management, follow-up and guidance for half a year, compared with patients before and after the intervention of blood pressure.Results After intensive care management,systolic blood pressure[(130.28 + 12.05)ram Hg(1 mm Hg=0.1333 kPa) and (156.68 + 12.03 ) mm Hg) and diastolic blood pressure[(80.81 + 8.03) mm Hg and (87.40 + 11.82 ) mm Hg)] were lower than those before nursing intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion By strengthening the nursing management, scientific diet instruction on peritoneal dialysis patients,improved patient volume overload state,reduce the level of blood pressure.
