两种PICC置管在癌症患者化疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨两种经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在癌症患者化疗中应用出现并发症。方法:将收治的60例癌症化疗患者随机分成两组行PICC置管,材料分别使用美国BD公司生产的PICC肝素盐水封管型为对照组,美国巴德公司生产的一次性PICC免肝素盐水封管型为试验组。两组均选用4Fr型号。结果:试验组效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:美国巴德公司生产的一次性PICC免肝素盐水封管型并发症少,提高患者舒适度,值得临床推广应用。Objective Peripherally inserted central venous catheter（PICC） discuss two applications in cancer chemotherapy complications. Methods The 60 cases of cancer were treated with chemotherapy patients were randomly divided into two groups.The U.S. BD production PICC with the heparin saline closure tube were used for the control group,While BARD Company production of disposable the PICC -free heparin saline sealed tube type were used for the experimental group.The both groups choose 4Fr Model.Results The effect of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, and its difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.001）.Conclusion BARD company production of disposable PICC-fxee heparin saline tube closure has fewer complications,and can improve patietlts＇ comfort index,so it could be widely used in clinical practice.
