摘 要:2011~2012年对内蒙古自治区18个种薯生产单位和11个马铃薯县(旗、市)进行了马铃薯疮痂病(Streptomyces spp.)实地访问和调查。结果被调查的18个种薯生产单位有疮痂病率83.0%,病薯率0.0%~100.0%,11个县(旗、市)商品薯有疮痂病率100.0%,病薯率0.1%~38.0%。重复使用蛭石生产种薯、商品薯生产田轮作少、发病重。种薯较商品薯疮痂病问题更为严重。品种感病、条件适宜、重复使用蛭石、轮作少和缺乏有效杀菌剂是病害严重的主要因素。分析认为,使用效果显著的蛭石消毒剂或种薯处理剂是内蒙古马铃薯疮痂病防治的最佳途径。Eighteen seed potato companies and eleven potato growing counties were investigated for potato common scab (Streptomyces spp.) in field survey or interview in Inner Mongolia of China during the years of2011-2012. The results indicated that the rate of seed potato company having potato common scab was 83.0% and rate of diseased tuber was 0.0% -100.0%; rate of potato growing county having potato common scab was 100.0% and rate of diseased tuberwas 0.1%-38.0%. Potato common scab was serious when vermiculite was used year after year for seed potato production and rotation was paid less attention for commercial potato production. The potato common scab was a more serious problem in seed potato production than in commercial potato production. Use of susceptible variety, favorite conditions, repeated use of vermiculite, no enough years for rotation and no effective fungicide were main factors for the severity of potato common scab. Thereby use of effective vermiculite disinfectorand seed treatment agent were considered as the best waysfor potato common scab control in Inner Mongolia of China.
