摘 要:提出一种新型的LCD直流变换网络。电压方波发生网络中开关管零电压开通,损耗减少,开关频率提高;控制LCD网络输入电平及其频率可间接控制变比;直流电压经LCD网络后,最高可升压4倍,具有BUCK-BOOST特性。电压调节更加灵活,适用于直流大功率变换场合;采用频率控制,避免了如传统BOOST变换器中,由于开关导通与关断时间不均匀而引起的损耗和温升过大等问题;通过Matlab仿真并经过实验验证,证明了该网络的正确性。A high voltage , dual LC series resonant DC-DC converter is proposed. Switch opened with zero voltage, switching loss is reduced and switching frequency is increased. With the control of input voltage of resonant network, the converter ratio is controlled. A kind of diode clamp network suitable for dual LC series resonant net is designed. Maximum output ratio is increased. With frequency control, multi-level voltage output is achieved, which has the out- put characteristics of BUCK-BOOST. Voltage regulation is more flexible, the converter can be used in the occasion which needs high DC power. Because of the frequency control, problems as high losses and temperature caused by the non-uniform of switch on and off time, which is existed in the traditional DC-DC converters such as boost converter, are avoided. Both matlab simulation and experiment proved the correctness of the new topology.
