摘 要:介绍沸腾式送粉器的结构及工作原理,设计基于PIC单片机的激光再制造送粉器控制系统。该系统通过电气比例阀来控制送粉速率,达到精确控制;控制器由基于PIC单片机的电路组成,体积小,操作简单,采用PID控制策略。实验结果证明:该系统控制精度高,稳定性好,在激光再制造领域具有较好的推广应用价值。The structure of the fluidized bed based on powder feeder and its principle were described. The control system of pow- der feeder for laser remanufacturing was designed based on PIC MCU, in which the electric proportional valve was used as the control unit to drive the powder feeding rate, so precise control could be achieved. The controller was composed by the circuits based on PIC MCU, which had the advantages such as small size and easy operation. The control scheme was PID control. The experimental result proves that this system has high precision, stability and application value in laser remanufacturing field.
