摘 要:针对目前石油、冶金、电力等行业中常用的隔膜泵存在流量脉动大,无法满足复杂环境下作业要求等问题,以三缸单作用隔膜泵为研究对象,设计一种新型的液压动力端。该液压动力端主要由液压缸系统和变量泵系统组成。液压缸系统推动隔膜泵动力端按特定的规律运动,有效解决了料浆吸入和排出过程中流量脉动的问题。变量泵系统采用电液比例流量控制泵,其供油流量与液压缸系统所需流量相同,供油压力由负载压力决定。并从电液比例换向阀的节流特性分析出发,给出了全局流量匹配与协调的原理与方法,同时给出了实现方案。研究表明:这种新型液压动力端具有流量脉动小、结构简单、节能、一次性制造成本低、占地面积小、力-惯性比大等优点。Diaphragm pumps which are used in petroleum, metallurgy, electrical power and some other industries, have the problem of flow pulsation and can't satisfy the operation demand in complicated environment. Aiming at the problem, taking the three cylinder and single function diaphragm pump as the research object, a new hydraulic power end was designed which was composed of the hydraulic cylinder system and variable displacement pump system. The hydraulic cylinder system pushed the diaphragm pump's hy- draulic end to move with a specific rule, and the problem of flow pulsation caused by inhaling and discharging slurry was solved effec- tively. In the variable displacement pump system, the electro-hydraulic proportional follow-control pump was adopted whose supply flowrate was the same as the hydraulic cylinder's demand and the supply pressure was demanded by the load pressure. At last, from the analysis of throttle characteristic of electro-hydraulic proportional directional control valve, the principle and method of global flow- rate matching and coordination were given with the implementation scheme. The research shows that the new hydraulic power end has the advantages of small flow pulsation, simple structure, energy saving, low manufacturing cost, less occupied area and big force-in- ertial ratio.
