摘  要:介绍了真空感应熔炼及铸造Zr-30%U-2%Er合金的工艺。通过改变成分配比、精炼温度、时间、浇注温度、铸型加热温度等参数,制备了化学成分满足要求,U、Er分布均匀的Zr-30%U-2%Er合金铸棒,浇注试验铸满率达到100%,铸棒表面光洁,无气孔、冷隔等铸造缺陷;微观组织分析表明,铸棒的基体相为铀-锆合金相,晶粒大小为50~100μm,第二相为金属锆。The vacuum induction melting and casting technology of Zr-30%U-2%Er alloys were introduced. Experiments were carded out by changing the processing parameters such as percentage composition, temperature and time of smelting pouring temperature, heating-up temperature of mold etc. The Zr-30%U-2% Er alloys cast rods which meet demand of component and homogeneous uranium, erbium were obtained, and the full casting ratio was 100%, the cast rod surface was smooth and there were not cast defects such as gas hole and cold shut etc. Microstructure analysis results show that the matrix phase was uranium-zirconium alloys phase, the size of crystalline grain was 50-100 txm, and the second phase was zirconium.
