摘　　要：分别从铸造磨球的材质、显微组织等方面介绍了铸造磨球的种类和研究现状。描述了国家及行业标准中铸造磨球的成分、金相组织及使用特性。列举了影响研磨介质磨损的各种因素,磨损机制及在相应机制下铸球抗磨的基体组织类型。总结了国内铸造磨球的生产工艺,砂型工艺、金属型工艺及消失模工艺等,对铸造磨球的研发与生产提出了自己的观点。The kinds and research status of the cast grinding balls were presented from the aspects of materials,microstructure of the cast grinding balls. The composition, metallurgical structures, anct use cnaractensucs ot me cast grinding balls in national and iadustrial standards were described. Factors influencing grinding media wear, wear mechanism and matrix structure under the wear mechanism were enumerated. Production processes of cast grinding balls in China, sand mold process, metal mold process, and lost foam casting process, etc. were summarized. The opinions on the production and research of grinding balls were put forward.
