摘  要:采用CO2水玻璃砂型铸渗工艺在中碳铸钢ZG270-500表面制备了纳米TiN高铬白口铸铁铸渗层,研究了纳米TiN加入量对铸渗层组织显微硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,在试验条件下,纳米TiN能够提高铸渗层的硬度,当加入量为1.0%时铸渗层具有最好的耐磨性能,加入量过多时纳米TiN有向界面处富集的趋势。With CO2 sodium silicate-bonded sand mold cast-infiltrated technique, the high-Cr white cast iron composite layer strengthened by nano TiN was formed on the surface of the media carbon steel ZG270-500. The influences of the nano TiN on the cast-infiltrated layer microhardness and wear resistance were researched. The results show that under the experimental conditions, when the nano TiN particle was added into the alloy layer, the microhardness of cast-infiltrated layer increases and the wear resistance is the best when the addition ofnano TiN is 1.0%. With excessive addition, nano TiN particle tends to be enriched in the interface.
