摘 要:目的:探讨Cadherin-1蛋白在慢性心衰患者尿液表达水平的临床意义。方法:应用蛋白质组学方法对45例慢性心衰患者和21例健康人(对照组)的尿液进行差异蛋白筛选,比较Cadherin-1蛋白的水平,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对其进行可靠性验证,并结合临床资料进行统计分析。结果:慢性心衰患者尿液中Cadherin-1蛋白含量高于对照组(P<0.0001),合并肾功能损害时其含量显著升高(P=0.0003)。结论:检测尿液蛋白Cadherin-1的水平可对诊断和监测慢性心衰有一定价值。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Cadherin-I protein expression levels in urine of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods Differential protein was screened in 45 patients with CHF and 21 healthy volunteers(control group) by proteomic method, The level of Cadherin-1 protein was compared, its reliabilitywas proved by ELISA, and then statistical analysis was done coupledcompare with clinical datas. Results The level of Cadherin-1 protein in urine of CHF patients was higher than control group (P 〈 0.000 1). Moreover, Cadherin-1 markedly increased when with impaired renal function (P = 0.000 3). Conclusion Detection of urinary Cadherin-1 protein level may be valuable in diagnosis and monitoring of chronic heart failure.
