健脾消脂方治疗初发型2型糖尿病伴血脂异常30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾消脂方治疗初发型2型糖尿病伴血脂异常的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,对照组予辛伐他汀,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服健脾消脂方。12周后,观察2组治疗前后临床疗效及血脂参数、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、血游离脂肪酸(FFA)的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为66.67%。2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、FFA、ox-LDL显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组血清TG、TC、LDL-C、FFA、ox-LDL显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾消脂方治疗初发型2型糖尿病伴血脂异常疗效明显优于单用辛伐他汀治疗,且对改善患者的临床症状有显著疗效,具有良好的安全性和耐受性。Objective.. To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianpi Xiaozhi Hec,pe tor the treatment of initial blood lipid disorder in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods： Sixty qualified patients were equally randomized into treatment group and control group. The control group was given simvastatin orally for lowering blood lipids, and the treatment group was given Jianpi Xiaozhi Recipe orally on the basis of treatment for the control group. After treatment for 12 weeks, therapeutic effect in both groups was evaluated, and the changes of serum lipid parameters, oxidized low density lipoprotein（ox-LDL）, and free fatty acid（FFA） were observed. Results.. The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group, and the total effective rate was 66.67% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with those before treatment, serum TG, TC, LDL-C, FFA and ox-LDL were significantly reduced in the two groups after treatment（P〈 0.05）, and the decrease was obvious in the treatment group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Jianpi Xiaozhi Recipe shows synergistic action on the therapeutic effect of simvastatin for the treatment of initial blood lipid disorder in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, which is safe and effective, and has good tolerability for relieving symptoms.
