四季草莓“赛娃”叶片发育过程中光合、MDA含量及SOD、POD活性的变化研究  被引量:4

摘  要:以四季草莓"赛娃"和一季草莓"丰香"为试材,研究赛娃叶片发育过程中Pn、MDA含量及保护酶SOD、POD活性的变化。结果表明:两品种草莓的叶绿素含量与Pn随叶龄均呈现先升后降的变化趋势,25 d达到峰值,之后降低,赛娃的降幅小于丰香,而且叶绿素a含量及Pn在同叶龄时期高于丰香,推测其长势较丰香更强;叶龄小于53 d时,两者的MDA含量较稳定,53 d后迅速升高,此时SOD活性降低,POD活性一直升高,推测53 d后叶片开始进入衰老期,此时是摘叶管理的最佳时期;赛娃的叶绿素a+b含量及Pn在53 d后降幅明显小于丰香,推断赛娃的抗衰老能力比丰香强,进一步体现了四季草莓"赛娃"栽植的优越性。The strawberry cuhivars Fragaria vesca cv. Selva and Toyonoka were studied the Pn, MDA content and the activity of SOD,POD during the development of strawberry leaves. The results showed that chlorophyll content and Pn of two strawberry cultivars presented first up after down trend, which increased with leaf expan- ding and reached a peak on the 25th day at first, then declined gradually, reduction of Selva was lower than Toyonoka, besides the content of chlorophyll a and Pn was both higher than Toyonoka in the same period, so we reasoned that Selva grows better than Toyonoka; Before 53 d leaves'age, MDA content of two strawberry cultivars was stable, rapidly elevated after 53d leaves'age, at present the activity of SOD declared gradually, the activity of POD continued to increase, we supposed that strawberry leaves began to enter the aging phase at 53 d,it is the best period for picking the leaves. Reduction of Selva" Content of chlorophyll a + b and Pn were lower than Toyonoka, we supposed anti - aging ability of Selva was stronger than Toyonoka, which is further reflected the superiority of ever bearers strawberry (Selva) planting.
