摘  要:在内径为500 mm、填料高度为1 m的有机玻璃塔内,对4种不同比表面积的HX型及X700型规整填料进行了冷膜实验,得到了表征两种填料流体力学性能和传质性能的实验数据。实验结果表明几种填料的压降、液泛气速和每m填料的理论级数符合一般规整填料的变化规律;与X700型填料相比,HX700型填料具有较小的压降和较高的传质效率,干塔压降平均降低了25%,湿塔压降平均降低了40%,液泛气速平均提高了12%,每m填料的理论级数平均提高了30%。Cold pilot model experiments have been conducted in a 500 mm-diameter plexiglass column packed with 1 m four different HX and X700 type structured packings respectively. Data that characterize the hydrodynamic and mass transfer performance of two types of packings were obtained. The experimental results showed that the pressure drop, flooding gas velocity and theoretical stages per meter packing for different kinds of packing followed the same trend as for other structured packings. The HX700 type packing showed lower pressure drop and higher mass trans- fer efficiency than the X700 packing. Compared with the X700 type packing, the dry tower pressure drop and wet tower pressure drop with the HX700 type packing were reduced by an average of 25% and 40% respectively, while the flooding gas velocity and theoretical stages per meter packing increased by 12% and 30% respectively.
