摘  要:在传统的强化传热综合性能评价方法基础上,综合考虑内置转子后强化管流通面积、当量直径、流体流动路径以及整个换热系统的影响,基于相同泵功率条件提出了反映换热系统及换热器采用转子强化传热技术后性能改善的评价方法;同时,针对组合转子进行了相同泵功率条件下两种评价方法的对比研究,研究结果表明:本文提出的评价方法与传统评价方法随着雷诺数变化的趋势是一致的,并且两种方法计算出的组合转子综合性能评价因子均大于1,从而说明了组合转子能产生较好的强化换热综合性能。Based on the traditional evaluation method of heat transfer enhancement comprehensive performance and taking the effect of flow area, equivalent diameter, fluid flow path and the heat transfer system into consideration, a new evaluation method--which reflects the performance improvement of the heat transfer systems and heat ex- changers with the heat transfer enhancement technology of the rotors--has been put forward for the same pump pow- er conditions. With the rotor as the focus, a comparison of the two evaluation methods has been carried out under the same pump power conditions. The results revealed that the proposed evaluation method and the traditional evaluation method showed the same trend in Reynolds number, and the comprehensive performance evaluation factor of the rotors calculated by both methods were higher than unity, which indicates that the rotors can afford a good comprehensive performance.
