红腹松鼠与普通松鼠体毛超微结构比较观察

摘　　要：为了解红腹松鼠(Callosciurus erythraeus)与普通松鼠(Sciurus vulgaris)体毛的超微结构与差别,利用电子显微镜对红腹松鼠与普通松鼠不同部位体毛进行了观察。结果表明,种间存在差异,同一根毛样的不同部分也存在差异。可为物种间的识别提供依据。In order to realize the ultrastructure characteristics and differences between hairs in Callosciurus erythraeus and Sciurus vulgaris, the hairs of different parts in C. erythraeus and S. vulgaris were observed by SEM. The results showed that there were significant differences between the two species. And there were significant differences between different parts of the same hair. The results offered certain reference for the identification of species in taxonomy.
