摘　　要：目的建立气相色谱法（GC）测定蛇脂膏中冰片（以龙脑计）的含量。方法采用GC法，色谱柱为石英毛细管柱007—225（30m×0．25mm×0．25μm）；程序升温，起始温度110℃，保持0．5min，以每分钟30℃升温至140℃，保持2min，再以每分钟50℃升温至190℃，保持1．5rain，最后以每分钟20℃升温至205℃，保持1min，分流比10：1，FID检测器；检测器温度为280℃。结果用GC法测定蛇脂膏中冰片（以龙脑计）在O．0516～0．1548mg／mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，线性方程为：Y=10．36X＋0．0322，r=0．9995。平均回收率97．94％（n=6），RSD为2．0％。结论本方法简便、准确、快速，可用于蛇脂膏的质量控制。Objective To establish a GC method to determine the content of borneol in Shezhi Ointment. Methods GC method was operated on Quartz capillary column（30 m ×0.25 mm ×0.25 μum）. Column temperature was increased by programming, with an original temperature at 110 ℃ kept for 0.5 minutes, raised to 140 ℃ at the rate of 30℃ min-1 and kept for 2 minutes, raised to 190 ℃ at the rate of 50 ℃ -min-1 and kept for 1.5 minutes, and then raised to 205℃ at the rate of 20 ℃ -min-1 and kept for 1 minute. Split ratio was 10 ： 1 and FID temperature was 280℃. Results The linear range of borneol in Shezhi Ointment was from 0.0516 to 0.1548 mg/mL. The linear equation was Y=10.36X＋0.0322, r=0.9995. The average recovery was 97.94 %（n=6） and RSD was 2.0 %. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and quick, which can be used to control the quality of Shezhi Ointment.
