建筑材料样品放射性核素测量方法与结果分析

摘  要:本研究借助γ能谱测量分析技术,对典型建筑石材中的放射性核素进行了测试分析,为了验证测试方法的准确性和可重复性,参加了中国建材检验认证集团股份有限公司组织的建筑材料样品放射性核素对比测量审核。结果显示,样品的测量值与总体平均值的偏差均小于5%,出现正负偏差的几率几乎相等,测量结果的Z比分数范围为-0.73~+0.79,符合相关标准要求。Objective To inspect the veracity and reiteration of γ-spectrometry in radioactive Methods Join the contrast measurement audit of The construction material sample radionuclide form the chi-na building material test & certification group Co. ltd ,according to the standard (GB6566-2010 limit of ra-dionuclides in building materials) , test the unknown sample from the organizer by the routine detection method. Results The deviation of which the values measured related to the total average less than 5%, and with an equipotent probability of positive and negative difference occurred. Z score's range of Measurement is -0.73-+0.79. Conclusion The veracity and reiteration of our measurement system are fine without obvious-ly system errors. The data of measurement audit by our laboratory is satisfied .Meet the requirements of the relevant standards.
