摘 要:药室容积是影响内外弹道性能的重要参数之一。针对传统的测量方法效率低、精度不高,设计了一种基于战斗部外形尺寸的超声测量系统。首先通过超声探头的直线移动与弹体以轴线为中心的转动,测量炮弹战斗部任意位置的壁厚;然后结合已知的外形几何尺寸计算药室不同部位的内截面圆、直径,以及药室内的区间长度;最后计算药室容积,进行误差分析。实际验证表明,可以一次性完成全部药室参数的自动测量任务,便于实现自动检测。The chamber volume inside projectile is a crucial parameter affecting the interior and exterior ballistic performance. Conventional methods have disadvantages of inefficiency and inaccuracy. An ultrasonic measurement system based on the size of the warheads appearance was designed to deal with the volumetric issue. First, the wall thickness of the shell in an arbitrary position was tested by the linear move- ment of ultrasound probe and the axis rotation of the projectile body. Then all parts of the section round and diameters inside the projectile were fitted and calculated according to the shape of the known geometry sizes, and at the same time the indoor interval lengths were calcu- lated too by subsection discriminating method. Finally, the chamber volume was calculated and error was analyzed. Experiment results show that all of the parameters of the chamber volume of projectile could be tested quickly during one test progress, and it is easy to realize automatic measurement.
