摘  要:介绍T125/70R16T型备用轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径579mm,断面宽135mm,行驶面宽度105.3mm,行驶面弧度高4.4mm,胎圈着合直径404.8mm,胎圈着合宽度114mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.03,花纹深度4.2mm,花纹周节数56,花纹饱和度24.3%,采用混合型花纹设计。施工设计:胎体采用1670dtex/2DSP聚酯浸胶帘布,带束层采用2层3×0.38ST钢丝帘线;采用二次法成型机成型,定型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久性能和高速性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求。The design of T125/70R16 T-type spare passenger car radial tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 579 mm, cross-sectional width 135 mm,width of running surface 105. 3 mm, height of running Surface 4. 4 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 404.8 mm,bead width at rim seat 114 mm,cross-sectionat level ratio (H/H2) 1.03, pattern depth 4.2 mm, pattern circular pitch 56, block/groove ratio 24.3%, with the design of mixed pattern. In construction design,the following processes were taken: 1670dtex/2 DSP dipped polyester cord for carcass ply,2 layers of 3 X 0. 38ST steel cord for belt ply; using two-step building machine to build tires, and using curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension, strength performance, bead unseating resistance, endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements in the corresponding design and national standard.
