摘 要:该文采用两级串联SBR工艺处理明胶废水,考察了系统pH变化时引起的钙离子浓度的变化以及对脱氮除磷效果的影响。研究结果表明:在进水总磷为608.7~1176.8mg/L、总氮为169.2~229.3mg/L的情况下,系统出水TP、TN的平均去除率分别为99.2%和93%左右,该工艺脱氮除磷效果良好;pH值和系统钙离子浓度、磷酸钙或磷酸氢钙沉淀量、总磷浓度之间有密切关系;系统pH值宜保持在7.0左右。Two-stage SBR process is used to treat the wastewater from gelatin production, and the effects of pH on nitrogen and phosphorus removal and the change of Ca2+ concentration are studied. The results show that the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal is well in the system when the influent TP is 608.7 to 1176.8 mg·L-1 and TN is 169.2 to 229.3mg·L-1, and the average removal rates of TP and TN are about 99.2% and 93% respectively. The increasing or reducing of pH will cause Ca2+ concentration to change sharply and there are some close relationships among pH value, Ca2+ concentra- tion and precipitation of Ca3(PO4)2 or CaHPO4 in the system. The pH value should be maintained at about 7.0 to keep the system in good operation.
