摘　　要：结合我国变电技改工程项目进度管理的实际情况和变电技改工程项目的具体特点,从成熟度理论角度出发,构建了适用于我国变电技改工程项目进度管理成熟度模型,并综合层次分析法(AHP)、特征向量法和模糊综合评价法对其评价进行研究,最后通过实例演算,验证了该方法对项目进度管理成熟度评价的有效性。Combined with the actual situation of China＇s substation technological upgrading projects and the characteristics of substation technological upgrading projects, this paper established substation technological upgrading projects schedule management maturity model. The analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, the characteristic vector method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluation research, through a case study, this model is proven to be effective for project schedule management.
