控释格列吡嗪治疗2型糖尿病22例临床观察

摘　　要：目的　评价控释格列吡嗪治疗 2型糖尿病的作用。方法　将 39名 2型糖尿病病人随机分为控释格列吡嗪组与格列齐特组。两组药物皆两周调整一次剂量 ,总疗程 12周。结果　治疗结束后 ,两组 Hb Alc均显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) ;控释格列吡嗪组每一时相血糖值皆较治疗前明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,格列齐特组空腹血糖值较治疗前明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,午餐后两小时血糖值较治疗前无明显下降 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;其余时相血糖值较治疗前下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;控释格列吡嗪组空腹血清胰岛素较治疗前下降 ,而格列齐特组空腹血清胰岛素较治疗前有所增加 ,但二者无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;两组病人肝、肾功及血常规均无明显变化。结论　格列吡嗪控释片对 2型糖尿病有良好的治疗作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of glipizide GITS on type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 39 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups(glipizide GITS group and gliclazide group) for 12 weeks treatment.Dosage was adjusted every two weeks.Results Both drugs reduced HbAlc significantly( P <0.01).In glipizide GITS group,the blood glucose levels in each phase were markedly decreased after treatment( P <0.01).In gliclazide group, the fasting blood glucose levels were significantly decreased ( P <0.01),the levels of 2 hour postprandial blood glucose after lunch were not obviously decreased ( P >0.05),and the levels of blood glucose in other phases were all significantly decreased after treatment ( P <0.05).Fasting insulin levels were decreased in glipizide GITS group and increased in gliclazide group,but those changes were not statistically significant ( P >0.05).The hepatic funcition,renal function and blood routine remained unchanged after the treatments in the two groups.Conclusion Glipizide GITS has a good effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus.
