摘  要:针对制冷系统中过热与制冷能力关联密切,影响了制冷系统提高制冷能力的问题,提出了一种新型的基于自适应精细反馈的制冷控制策略。该策略针对制冷控制系统的过热控制及制冷控制分别采用新型的策略实现。文中通过对制冷系统建模分析后,建立了制冷系统主要功能模块的模型和关系式,在此基础上详细描述了制冷控制策略。仿真实验测试结果表明,该制冷控制策略能够有效打破过热与制冷能力之间的关联,有利于制冷系统功率的提高。Since the superheat degree is closely related with the capacity of the refrigeration system, which has a great influence on improving the capacity of system, this paper proposes a new refrigeration control strategy based on adaptive fine feedback. It adopts a new strategy respectively for the superheat control and refrigeration control in the system. In this paper, the refrigeration system is modeled and analyzed, and then the models and relations main functional modules are established, so as to descript the proposed refrigeration control strategy in details, According to the simulation test, the proposed strategy can effectively improve the system power by breaking through the relationship between superheat and refrigeration capacity.
