眼镜蛇毒对大鼠丘脑腹内侧核c-jun表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨眼镜蛇毒对大鼠丘脑腹内侧核(VM)c-jun表达的影响。方法:将18只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、生理盐水组、眼镜蛇毒组,每组6只。采用免疫组织化学方法观察VM的c-jun表达。结果:与正常对照组和生理盐水组相比,眼镜蛇毒组大鼠VM的c-jun表达增加(P<0.01)。结论:眼镜蛇毒对大鼠VM的c-jun表达有上调作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of Naja naja atra venom on the expression of c-jun in ventromedial thalamic nucleus of rat. Methods： Eighteen Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups： control group, saline group and Naja naja atra venom group. Immuno-histochemistry was used to observe the expression of c-jun in ventromedial thalamic nucleus. Results：Compared with control group and saline group, the number of c-jun positive cells in ventromedial thalamic nucleus of Naja naja atra venom group were increased（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Naja naja atra venom could increase the expression of c-jun in ventromedial thalamic nucleus of rats.
