摘　　要：Na+ Ca2 +交换体 (Sodium calciumexchanger,NCX)是一种双向转运蛋白 ,具生电特性 ,其产生的电流称为Na+ Ca2 +交换电流 (INa Ca)。Na+ Ca2 +交换是调节细胞内Ca2 +平衡的主要途径之一 ,更是将过多的Ca2 +排出细胞的主要方式。NCX活性受多种因素调节 ,且在心 (脑 )缺血 /再灌 ,心衰 ,早老性痴呆等病理状态下有不同程度的改变。NCX是一潜在的、重要的药物作用靶点 。Na + Ca 2+ exchanger(Sodium calcium exchanger, NCX)is a bidirectional and electrogenic transporter, which produces a current called Na + Ca 2+ exchange current(I Na Ca ). It plays a prominent role in regulation of intracellular Ca 2+ homeostasis and mainly helps to extrude excessive Ca 2+ . Its activity is regulated by many factors and changes under different pathological situations such as heart(brain)ischemia, heart failure and Alzheimer's disease. NCX is a potent and important target for cellular protection.
