摘 要:目的:观察自然衰老大鼠血中醛固酮(ALD)和抗利尿激素(ADH)的改变情况,探讨缩泉丸缩尿的作用机制。方法:取老年大鼠(20月龄)50只,青年大鼠(3月龄)10只。青年大鼠为空白对照组、老年大鼠分为模型对照组、金匮肾气丸组、缩泉丸高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。用代谢笼法测量大鼠24 h尿量及水负荷5 h尿量,采用ELISA方法测量血中ALD和ADH的含量。结果:缩泉丸中、高剂量组动24 h尿量明显减少,缩泉丸低、中、高剂量组水负荷后5 h内尿量明显减少;缩泉丸中、高剂量可以明显提高血中ALD的含量;低、中、高剂量可以明显提高血中ADH的含量。结论:缩泉丸增加血中的ALD和ADH含量可能是其治疗多尿的作用机制之一。OBJECTIVE To investigate the mechanism of SQW reducing urination by observing the change of concentration of ALD and ADH in blood of the natural aging rats. METHODS 50 aged rats (20 months) and 10 young rats (3 months) were chosen. Young rats were chosen as control, aged rats were randomly divided into five groups: model, Jinkuishenqi pills group, SQW high, middle and low dose group, 10 rats in each group. The 5 h urination after the water load in rats and 24 h urir/ation was measured in metabolic cages. The concentrations of ALD and ADH were detected by ELISA in the blood of the natural ag- ing rats. RESULTS The 24 h urination of SQW middle and high dose group significantly decreased. The 5 h urination after the water load in rats of SQW low, middle and high dose group also significantly decreased. SQW middle and high dose could sig- nificantly increase the content of ALD. SQW low, middle and high dose could significantly increase the content of ALD. CON- CLUSION SQW can increase the content of ALD and ADH in the blood of the natural aging rats, which was possible the mechanism of SQW reducing urination.
