丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸联合熊去氧胆酸治疗高黄疸型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸联合熊去氧胆酸治疗高黄疸型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效及安全性。方法:将100例高黄疸型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组(53例)和对照组(47例),2组均使用基础治疗方案,治疗组采用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸联合熊去氧胆酸治疗,对照组给予苦黄治疗,1个月后观察总有效率、总胆红素(TBiL)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)变化情况、不良反应等。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.7%,对照组总有效率59.6%,两者比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01);TBiL、ALT、ALP、γ-GT与治疗组治疗前比较P<0.01,与对照组治疗后比较P<0.01,均具有显著性差异;2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸联合熊去氧胆酸是治疗高黄疸型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的一种效果较好的组合方案,且安全性良好。OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy and the safety of usage of succinic acid adenosylmethionine and ursodeoxy cholic acid in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with severe jaundice. METHODS 100 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B with severe jaundice were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. the treatment group （53 cases） and the control group （47 ca ses）. The patients of treatment group were given succinic acid adenosylmethionine combined with ursodeoxycholic acid, where- as the control group were given Kuhuang treatment. The total efficiency, the serum levels of TbiL, ALT, ALP,γ- GT as well as the adverse reactions were investigated one month after the treatment. RESULTS The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88. 7% versus 59. 6% of the control group with a statistically significant difference （P〈0. 01 ）. After one month treatment, the serum levels of TBiL, ALT, ALP and γ-GT of patients in the treatment group were significantly different from those of the patients before the treatment（P〈0. 01 ） and from those of the patients in the control group（P〈0. 01 ）. No obvious ly adverse reactions were found in both groups. CONCLUSION The usage of combination of succinic acid adenosylmethionine and ursodeoxycholic acid is safe and effective for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with severe jaundice.
