冠心消斑胶囊治疗冠脉狭窄患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察冠心消斑胶囊对冠状动脉狭窄患者的临床疗效及作用机制。方法将符合纳入标准的31例患者,随机分为治疗组(16例,给予冠心消斑胶囊)与对照组(15例,给予辛伐他汀片)。观察两组心绞痛、中医证候、心电图疗效以及血脂水平和冠脉造影(CAG)结果变化。结果治疗后治疗组缓解心绞痛、改善中医证候和心电图疗效总有效率分别为87.50%、93.75%、81.25%,优于对照组的60.00%、73.33%、66.67%(P<0.05)。两组血脂水平和冠脉积分均明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心消斑胶囊对冠脉狭窄患者不仅能改善临床症状和缺血心电图,也能调节血脂和减低冠脉积分。Objective To observe the effects of Guanxin Xiaoban capsules（GXC） for treatment of coronary artery stenosis. Methods Thirty - one patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups： Treatment group（n： 16） treated by GXC and control group（n=15） treated by simvastatin. The angina pectoris, traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）symptoms, electrocardio-graphic（ECG） efficacy,lipid levels,coronary angiography （CAG） were observed. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rates of angina relief, TCM symptoms improvement and ECG efficacy were 87.50%, 93.75%,81.25% in treatment group, which were higher than that in control group（60.00% ,73.33% ,66.67% ,P〈0.05）. The lipid and the scores of coronary artery were improved in two groups（P〈0.05）. The effects of the treatment group were superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion GXC could improve the clinical symptoms and ischemic ECG,regulate blood lipids and reduce the scores of coronary artery.
