摘  要:为了优选弹体材料脆性带加工设备和工艺参数,以及分析脆化机理,分别使用激光和等离子弧对典型的弹体材料40Cr进行了脆性带加工。在比较2种设备加工特性的基础上,对脆性带的形貌、尺寸(宽度和深度)、冲击性能、显微硬度以及组织特性进行了详细的对比和分析。结果表明:加工脆性带的弹体材料冲击试件,其冲击吸收功都显著降低;由于2种设备的能量密度不同,导致加工脆性带的宽度和深度都不相同,脆性区域的组织特性也存在明显差异,但显微硬度都随着脆性层深度的增加递减。In order to select the most optimal processing equipment and processing solutions, and analyze the brittleness belts of the shell materials by its embrittlement mechanism, laser and plasma arc processing methods were used to develop brittleness belts with typical shell material 40Cr. On the basis of comparing the different characteristics of two processing equipment, the morphology, size, impact properties, microhardness and organization characteristics of the brittleness belt were analyzed. It was shown that both processing equipment can significantly reduce the impact absorbing energy. Owing to different energy densities of these two processing equipment, the width and the depth of brittleness belts were quite different, and also the organization characteristics of brittle areas, but the hardness all decreased with the increase in depth.
