摘　　要：能源消耗总量在不断攀升,如何横向评估各地单位GDP能耗是决策者面临的一个重要问题,本文通过集团序法给出全国各地单位GDP能耗的集团排序,得到了与社会经济实际发展状况相吻合的排序结果。这一结果为能耗评估提供了理论依据,也提供了一种新的方法。Energy consumption is rising, How to accurately assess energy consumption for the unit GDP is an important problem for decision makers. The method of aggregative rank is used to assess energy consumption for unit GDP. The result which coincides with he social economic development is obtained. This result provides the theoretical basis for the assessment of energy consumption, and also provides a new method for the relative research.
