摘 要:目的对驻疆军人职业倦怠情况进行调查,以期为驻疆官兵的心理学研究提供参考。方法采用随机整群分层抽样法,抽取驻疆3878名军人,以军人职业倦怠量表进行测评,数据结果应用t检验、方差分析进行统计学处理。结果陆军、空军、武警职业倦怠因子分及总分差异有统计学意义(t=4.789,F=58.526,P<0.01),LSD法两两比较发现,陆军在职业倦怠各因子得分上均显著高于空军和武警,空军又高于武警。在成就感(t=5.986,P<0.01)、躯体化(t=2.640,P<0.01)、自我评价(t=-2.513,P<0.01)、人际关系(t=7.207,P<0.01)、掩饰性(t=4.338,P<0.01)及总分(t=3.722,P<0.01)上,士兵与军官比较均有统计学意义,军官的职业倦怠感较士兵明显。结论军人职业倦怠量表信度、效度较好,本研究所呈现的驻疆军人职业倦怠特征,对驻疆军人职业倦怠研究具有重要价值,为进一步探讨建立驻疆军人职业倦怠量表常模提供依据。Objective To explore job burnout of military men, in order to provide basic reference data for psychological research in military men stationed in Xinjiang. Methods Evaluation was carried out with the Job Burnout Scale for Military Personnel in 3878 soldiers chosen by random cluster sampling method from military men stationed in Xinjiang. and the data were analyzed with t test and ANOVA analysis. Results Statistically significant differences(t=4. 789,F=58. 526,P〈0. 01)were found in the total score and each factor scores of job burnout among the army,the air force and the armed police stationed in Xinjiang,the compar- isons of LSD method found that the factor scores were significantly higher in the army than in the air force and the armed police, and the air force were significantly higher than in the armed police. There were statistically significant differences in the sense of ac- complishment (t = 5. 986, P〈 0. 01 ), somatization (t = 2. 640, P 〈0.01 ), self-evaluation (t=-2.513, P 〈 0. 01 ), interpersonal rela- tionships (t = 7. 207, P〈0. 01 ), concealing (t = 4. 338, P〈 0. 01 )and the total score (t = 3. 722, P〈 0. 01 ) between soldiers and offi- cers. Officers were significantly higher than soldiers. Conclusion It has been proved that the Job Burnout Scale of the army is reli- able and good valid, The military job burnout characteristics of in present study has important value in researching on job burnout of the army stationed in Xinjiang,which provides a basis for further exploring the establishment of the norm of soldiers burnout inven- tory of the army stationed in Xinjiang.
