Mental Health and Personality Characteristics of Psychiatric Hospital Staff

摘　　要：目的通过了解精神疾病专科医院员工的心理健康水平和个性特征,有针对性地开展员工帮助计划。方法对184名精神疾病专科医院的员工实施症状自评量表(SCL-90)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和卡特尔十六种人格因素量表(16PF)测试。结果①精神疾病专科医院员工SCL-90总分和各因子得分都显著低于中国常模水平(t=-5.380～-14.086,P<0.01);②睡眠总分平均值:(3.91±2.93);③16PF中因素C(稳定性)、F(兴奋性)、H(敢为性)、Q3(自律性)得分高于中国常模(t=2.027～5.369,P<0.05或<0.01);因素I(敏感性)、Q1(实验性)、Q2(独立性)、Q4(紧张性)得分低于中国常模(t=-2.297～-4.363,P<0.05或<0.01);④员工16PF中L(怀疑性)、O(忧虑性)、Q4、X1(适应与焦虑型)因素与睡眠总分、SCL-90总分及各因子分成显著正相关(r=0.204～0.649,P<0.01);C、E(恃强性)、F、H、Q3、X3(安详机警型)、Y1(心理健康因素)、Y2(专业而有成就者)因素与SCL-90总分及各因子分成显著负相关(r=-0.163～-0.608,P<0.05或<0.01)。结论精神疾病专科医院员工的心理健康水平良好,睡眠质量良好,共同人格特征为情绪稳定,对人对事热情而富有感情,有自信,易与人相处、知足常乐、随遇而安、保守、墨守成规、缺乏进取心等。Objective By understanding the mental health status and personality characteristics of psychiatric hospital staff, the paper attempt to implement a targeted employee assistance program. Methods A total of 184 psychiatric hospital staffs were evalu- ated with Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL -- 90）, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） and Cattell -- 16 personality factors （ 16PF ）. Re- sults ①SCL--90 total score and factors scores of psychiatric hospital staff were significantly lower than the national norm（t = -5. 380～-14. 086,P〈 0. 01）.② The average score of sleep was （3. 91 ±2.93）. ③The scores of C （stability）, F （excitability）, H （courage）and Q3 （self-discipline）were higher than the norm in 16--PF factors（t= 2. 027～ 5. 369, P〈0.05～ 0.01 ）. However, the scores of I（sensitivity）,Q1 （experiment）,Q2 （independence）,Q4（tonicity）were lower than the norm（t=-2. 297～-4. 363,P〈0.05 0.01 ）. ④ The factors of L （suspicion）, O （anxiety）, Q4 （tonicity）, X1 （adaptability and anxiety）in 16PF of staff were positively related to sleep score,SCL--90 total score and factors scores （r= 0. 204～ 0. 649,P〈0.01）. But the factors of C （stability）, E （domi- nance）, F （excitability）, H （courage）, Q 3 （self-discipline）, X3 （composed and alert）, Y 1 （mental health factors） and Y2 （success in ma- jor）were negatively correlated with SCL--90 total score and factors scores（r=-0. 163～-0. 608, P〈0.05～ 0.01 ）. Conclusion The mental health and sleep quality of psychiatric hospital staff are in a good state. Their common personality characteristic are e motionally stable, full of enthusiasm and rich feelings. On one hand,they are confident and easy to get along with;on the other hand,they are happy--go--lucky,conservative and lack of initiative.
