湛江地区女大学生性行为现状及其与性心理健康关系

摘　　要：目的了解湛江地区女大学生性行为现状及其与性心理健康等因素的关系。方法采用自编大学生性行为和性心理健康问卷,对湛江地区886名女大学生进行问卷调查。结果①有过自慰行为、边缘性行为及性交行为的女大学生分别占总数的34.9%、45.5%和9.1%,女大学生的自慰行为和边缘性行为存在生源地差异(χ2=22.56,7.14;P<0.001);②有性交行为的女大学生半数以上(58.0%)缺乏性安全防护;③生源地、性认知、性控制力、性观念、异性交往焦虑与自慰行为相关(OR=0.40,0.77,1.95,0.65,1.30;P<0.05);婚恋状况、性控制力、异性交往焦虑与边缘性行为相关(OR=11.86,2.47,0.63;P<0.05);年级、婚恋状况、性认知、性控制力、性别同一性与性交行为相关(OR=1.48,2.38,0.57,1.66,1.60;P<0.05)。结论女大学生性行为较为普遍,性心理健康状况对性行为有影响作用。Objective To know about female college students＇ sexual behaviors and its correlation with psychosexual health. Methods A total of 886 female college students were investigated with the sexual behaviors and psychosexual health questionnaire for college students. Results ①It was found that 34.9% female college students had masturbation,45.5% had experienced het- erosexual kissing and hugging,and 9.1 % had sexual intercourse. Female college students＇ masturbation and heterosexual kissing and hugging had differences between different sources（X2= 22. 555,7. 141;P〈0. 001）. ②Above half of college students with sexu- al intercourse （58.0 % ）were short of the precautions. ③College students＇ masturbation was associated with source,sexual cognition, sexual control,sexual idea and heterosexual communion anxiety （OR = 0.40,0. 77,1.95,0.65,1.30;P〈 0.05）. Heterosexual kiss- ing and hugging was associated with loving status ,sexual control and heterosexual communion anxiety （OR = 11.86,2.47,0.63;P〈0.05）. Sexual intercourse was associated with grade,loving status, sexual cognition, sexual control and gender identity （OR = 1.48,2.38,0. 57,1.66,1.60;P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is common that female college students have sexual behaviors. The psy- chosexual health has a significant effect on sexual behaviors.
