硐室式削壁充填采矿法在夹皮沟金矿的应用

摘　　要：上向水平分层削壁充填采矿法以水平分层的形式逐层上采并逐层采削围岩进行充填,工作面可以适应矿体的复杂变化,是回采赋存条件复杂的高价值矿体的有效方法之一。但对于上下盘不稳固的采场,采削围岩会造成片帮冒顶。夹皮沟金矿在应用削壁充填采矿法时,针对不同的矿体赋存条件,特别是上下盘围岩稳固情况,对充填方式和采场采准工程布置参数进行了革新,采用硐室取料的方式进行充填,有效地减小了采幅及采场暴露面积和对两帮围岩的破坏。应用实践取得了较好的技术经济效果。The upward horizontal slicing resuing-filling method proceeds upwards from one horizontal slice to another and in the mean time back fills with materials cut from wall rocks. The method offers highly adaptable working faces,which makes it an effective way to stope orebodies with high value but complex occurrence conditions. However for the stopes with unstable hanging and lying walls, cutting wall rocks may lead to spalling and roof falling. The application of resuing-filling method in Jiapigou gold mine adapts to different orebody occurrence conditions especially the stability of hanging and lying walls. It updated the fill method and the parameters of pre-mining work, adopted the fill method of excavating chambers to get filling materials and effectively reduced the cutting scale, the exposed area of stopes and damage to wall rocks. The application practice achieved satisfactory technical and economical outcome.
