摘  要:研究了Ф8.8 m×4.8 m大型半自磨机首次在中国黄金集团内蒙古某铜钼矿山的应用,其生产能力15 000 t/d。投产初期,生产能力在短期内达到预期能力的100%。但半自磨机的衬板磨损严重,顽石破碎机不能有效地发挥其应有的功效,使SABC工艺没有完全达到设计的初衷。由于半自磨机的钢球充填率、顽石窗的开孔面积、直线筛的筛分效率、顽石破碎机的开启时间等制约了处理能力的提升,使半自磨机的磨矿效率和球磨机的磨矿效率不相匹配,增加了球磨机的功率消耗等。为了解决SABC工艺的平衡问题,增加生产能力,采取了从半自磨机中排出更多的顽石、改变钢球补加数量和调整球磨机的钢球尺寸、调整直线筛的筛孔形状、开孔面积和冲洗水、调整半自磨机给矿粒度的配比、调整破碎机HP 800的排矿口一系列措施等。这些措施的实施获得了较好的效果,系统生产能力目前达到35 000 t/d。Ф 8.8 m × 4.8 m large scale semi-autogenous mill was first equipped in a copper molybdenum mine of inner Mongolia Mining Co., Ltd, China National Gold Group, with the production capacity of 15 000 t/d. It rapidly reached the expected capacity in the early stage of production, but at the sacrifice of the badly wore off liner plate. The hard rock crusher can not effectively play its role making the SABC process fail to completely live up to its initial plan- ning. Due to a series of parameters constraining the increase of processing capacity and the poor match of milling efficiency of autogenous mill and ball mill, the power consumption is high. In order to solve the balancing problems of SABC process and increase production capacity, such measures were put forward as to discharge more hard rocks from semi-autogenous mill, to change the number of supplement steel balls and the ball size, to adjust the shape of screening mesh of linear screens,mesh area and rinse water,to adjust the proportion of the feed to semi-autogenous mill and to adjust the discharge throat of HP 800 crusher. These measures achieve fairly good results and the production capacity now reaches 35 000 t/d.
