摘　　要：针对矿山设备落后、环境污染严重等问题,引进了国外先进的重选工艺设备——尼尔森选矿机替代混汞工艺,并应用于金滩矿业公司改扩建工程。同时,将其原有的混汞+全泥氰化工艺流程改进成重选+浮选流程,使整个工艺设计更加优化、完善,并取得了良好的经济效益和社会环境效益。In light of the outdated mining facilities and severe environmental pollution, the advanced overseas gravity separation equipment Nelson concentrator was introduced to replace the amalgamation process and was applied in the expansion project of Xinjiang Jintan mining company. At the same time, the previous amalgamation-whole ore cyanidation process was replaced by a gravity separation-flotation separation process. The whole process design is thus optimized and helps achieve better economical and social benefits.
