摘 要:联合使用混凝沉淀烧杯试验和静态阻垢试验考察了海水环境中三氯化铁(FeCl3)残留对聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)阻垢性能的影响。结果表明,浓缩倍数为1.5和2.0时,FeCl3残留不仅能够引起沉淀出水总铁含量超标,而且还对PESA的阻垢性具有阻碍作用。FeCl3残留浓度越高,PESA投加浓度越少,这种阻碍作用越显著;同时,FeCl3残留还能在加热浓缩过程中形成利于微生物孳生的絮体团块,增加了成垢和腐蚀的可能性。The effect of FeCl3 coagulant in seawater on the scale inhibition performance of polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA) was investigated with combination of flocculation-sedimentation beaker test and static scale test.The results show that when cycle of concentration were 1.5 and 2.0 respectively,the residual of FeCl3coagulant not only made the total iron concentration beyond standard limit,but also reduced the scale inhibition performance of PESA.The more higher the residual of FeCl3coagulant concentration was and the more lower the PESA dosage was,the worse boviously the scale inhibition performance was.At the same time,the residual of FeCl3coagulant will form microbial flocculate conglomeration during the heating and concentration process,which could result in metallic corrosion and slime easily.
