升流式中置生物活性炭滤池滤料优化研究

摘  要:针对中置生物活性炭新工艺,对升流式炭滤池进行了粒径4、3、1.5 mm这3种柱状炭的运行效果对比小试。结果表明,在滤速16 m/h、气水体积比0.5:1工况下,4 mm柱状炭水头损失最小,3 mm柱状炭次之,而1.5 mm的柱状炭水头损失最大;但对有机物的去除能力以1.5 mm柱状炭最好,3 mm柱状炭次之,而4 mm柱状炭最差。中置炭滤池采用1.2 m高准6~8 mm轻质陶粒垫层,上层为3 m高准3 mm柱状炭层的复合填料,在12 m/h滤速,气水体积比0.3:1工况下运行,平均水头损失为32.5 cm,比石英砂垫层的炭滤池平均水头损失减少10.2 cm;而对有机物的平均去除率比石英砂垫层炭滤池高11.5个百分点。Three kinds of cylindrical carbons with grain diameter of 4,3 and 1.5 mm was performed on the mid-set biological activated carbon filter with up-flow modes.The results indicate that under the operation condition of filtering velocity=16 m/h and A/W ration=0.5,head loss and organic matter removal ability of the three kinds of cylindrical carbons both follow the order as 1.5 mm>3 mm>4 mm.Composite fillers of lightweight ceramsite cushion(1.2 m×准6 mm~8 mm) and cylindrical carbon layer(3 m×准3 mm) were used in mid-set biological activated carbon filter.Under the operation condition of filtering velocity=12 m/h and A/W ration=0.3,the average head loss was 32.5 cm,which was less than that of carbon filter with quartz sand cushion(42.7 cm).Meanwhile,the average organic matter removal ability was higher 11.5% than that of carbon filter with quartz sand cushion.
