摘　　要：对制造业的供应商管理现状及存在问题做了系统研究。从供应商管理的必要性分析入手,进一步阐述了供应商关系管理,接着运用供应商管理的基本理论和方法,分析了制造型企业供应商分类、评估甄选、考核激励、风险预防管理、控制体系构建。在此基础上重点分析了制造型企业当前主要的几种供应商管理模式,通过对比给出了模式选择原则。This paper did a system study on current situation and existing problems of manufacturing supplier management. From the beginning of necessity analysis of supplier management, the paper further elaborated supplier relationship management, then fundamental theory and means of supplier management were used to analyze vendor category of manufacturing company, evaluation and selection of supplier, creation of supplier motivation mode, specific recommendations of supplier risk prevention measures and supplier control. On this basis, the paper analyzed several current major supplier management models for manufacturing company. At last, the model selection principle was given through the Contrast.
