摘　　要：环渤海地区水资源总量匮乏,时空分布不均,已成为制约该区域社会经济可持续发展的重要因素。为解决这一矛盾,文章通过分析环渤海地区雨洪水、再生水、海水等非常规水源的利用潜力和发展前景,以及在开发利用推广过程中遇到的问题,提出了非常规水资源开发利用的保障对策,推动水资源优化配置,促进环渤海地区水资源的可持续利用。In Bohai Coastal Region, the total water resource is insufficiency, and the time and space distribution is uneven, which has been an important restricting factor to the regional social and economic sustainable development. In order to solve the problem, the paper analyzes the potential and development prospects for the unconventional water, including rainwater, recycled water, seawater, as well as the encounter problems in the course of utilization and development. And put forward the security countermeasures of using and developing the unconventional water resources, to promote the optimal allocation and the sustainable use of water resources in Bohai Coastal Region.
